About Shipping

Our global warehouses are distributed in the following countries/areas: The United States, Europe, Thailand, China, and other areas. Our products are stocked at different warehouses, then we can fulfill the order separately based on the location of the inventory. We will give priority to arranging the delivery from the warehouse in your local area or the warehouses near you. If an item is oversold, then assign the order to the priority location where the item is stocked.

Shipping Rates

Estimated Fees:
To determine the estimated shipping cost to your desired address, simply select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are shown on your shopping cart page, along with a map indicating your location and the option to select a different location. You are not obligated to make a purchase or provide a payment method if you do not proceed to checkout.

Actual Shipping Fee:
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your destination address is entered on the shipping page.

Shipping Guarantee Fee:
Shipping Guarantee offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during shipping. We’ll reship your package immediately at no extra charge if it is reported lost. This service is optional, and you may uncheck it if you do not need the shipping insurance.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses,We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment confirmation and order tracking, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship internationally from our US warehouse. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination country and shipping method. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

1)Shipping from our US warehouse, shipping time is: 1-3 working days, Shipping methods are DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order.

2)Shipping from our warehouses in other countries, shipping time is: 10-20 working days, Shipping methods are DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. Shipping costs are included in your order.

Notes

  1. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
  2. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
  3. Shipping methods may change due to specific situations.
  4. Shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
  5. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
  6. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 180 days after your order was placed.
  7. If your address is in remote areas, we may need to charge extra for the shipping fee.
